Delivery Policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our own bench. Orders placed before 12:00 local time on a business day are packed the same day; anything after that goes out the next business day.

Rates and timing

Standard tracked delivery is $6.95 and arrives in 3 to 5 business days, free on orders over $75. Express is $18 for 1 to 2 business days. International is $24 for 7 to 14 business days, free over $200.

Packaging

Every bottle ships in a rigid box with the batch number and bottling date printed on the base, inside a protective outer carton. Discovery sets travel in a padded sleeve.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged by your own customs authority. Those charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If a parcel has not moved for five business days, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
